I would appreciate if their were links through which I could do this on-line. I have to find him so I can help him out, but whenever we hung out, it was at my place, so I don't know his address! All I know is his name, and looking it up was almost completely useless, b/c it is a very common name... All I know is that he is a retired Army Captain, and that he lives in my general area, but if I'm gonna help him, I need to be able to locate him! Thanx, and GOD bless ya!

To elaborate on Victor Bout. Log onto AKO (if you're a civilian, find a Soldier. It's a somewhat secure Army website) then click on AKO White Pages. Enter the name and see what comes up. OR......if he's in your general area, try the phone book.
