Ok here is my situation. I was in an accident when i was 18. I joined the navy when i was 19. Here is the problem apparently this woman sued me. But in texas a subpoena can be accepted by a legal guardian. My legal guardian was my mother. But here is where, and sadly, the plot thickens. Apparently my mother accepted the subpoena for me but never told me about it and then shortly after she died in a car accident. I didnt even find out i was sued until i was in the navy over two years. I went to renew my liscense and they said i had a not status on my liscense. I went to navy legal and they told me some dumb *** anser about the civil servicemans's act but didnt tell what i was actually covered under. So my question is this if the lawsuit went down after me joining the navy am i covered? and what exactly does being covered mean? do i have to pay her the 5 g's or is it just a deferment plan. i went to the web site but i didnt understand the mumbo jumbo law terms. Please help!

politicion, Queen, General,WHich does common sence tell us to have.if you fell in a hole, and the queen walked bye, she would have her aid pull you out, if a Genral came by he would give you the power and confidence to climb out by way of leadership quality.
if a politition walks bye, he will send a councilor to talk to you at £30,000 p.a.he will then send ib carpet fitters to make life comfortable, you will get you own m.p. to rerisent you, you will getdoctors social workers press coverage all kinds of things, but you will never get out of the hole, too many people earning of your back. The Politicians have had their day, lets have men who train in leadership. instead of men who train in deceite.

Where is the relaity in a war (or bombing) with Iran when the u.s. troops will be in Iraq till 2010? We all know that Iran has enough missiles to reach europe, let alone Baghdad.
Even if they ( usa or Israel ) use a a nuclear weapons the american and brittish troops will burn like can like candles ..
There will be no war with troops right next door .

Where is the sense in that ?

Some people who have asked this question on Yahoo, make the claim that it's either the British or Israelis. The experts around the world however (Including Jane's intelligence online, a British publication), say that the US Military (all branches) are the best trained and equipped in the world. Israel is often cited as number 2, and Britian number 3. Then comes China and France.

I tend to believe the experts rather then the many uninformed and biased blogers on Yahoo.

I'm prior Marine Corps and have been out for a little over year and a half. I've already decided that I'm going back in, but not to the Corps. Loved it, but they don't have the job I want. I want to work as a veternarian, nurse, photographer, or writer. Can anyone tell me what either branches are like? I'm not afraid of most challenges and love to p.t. Before anyone says anything, yes, I already realize there's a chance that I'd get deployed overseas so keep the negative comments to yourself. I appreciate any and all help.

SEAL falls on grenade to save comrades By THOMAS WATKINS, Associated Writer.

CORONADO, Calif. - A Navy SEAL sacrificed his life to save his comrades by throwing himself on top of a grenade Iraqi insurgents tossed into their sniper hideout, fellow members of the elite force said.

Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael A. Monsoor had been near the only door to the rooftop structure Sept. 29 when the grenade hit him in the chest and bounced to the floor.
"He never took his eye off the grenade, his only movement was down toward it," said a 28-year-old lieutenant who sustained shrapnel wounds to both legs that day. The Seal was killed but his buddies lived......( Note:...I say the Seal was trying to get the grenade and throw it out and away from him. He was trying to save his own butt. Not to save his fellow troops. ( Seals ) He's no hero. Not by a long shot. )

I read in an article somewhere that a street name was changed from something like Castle Street to 23rd Place because "...war industries needed simple addresses for the war effort." I sort of understand how the street name is simplified, but I dont have a clue as to why it would be done to help war effort.

What I find interesting is that everyone in the US sits around and argues about the war in Iraq when first off, we as civilians dont know all of the facts, and second I think it is just plain disrespectful to our brave soldiers who went to Iraq to fight and protect our country. Do me a favor, if you are a soldier that has made it home safely from Iraq, please tell us what you think about the war. We know what everyone else in America thinks yet do we ever hear from the soldiers? No, probably because they respect our great nation instead of complaining about it all the time. But I do think they could put an interesting perspective on it for everyone. I bet they know what we are fighting for.

What the hell happened to America? Why do we allow publicity for the huge sissies around here that are opposed to torturing terrorists.

Hell, I was pissed off because we were forced to resort to "extreordinary rendition". Why should we have to outsource torture to Yemen or Egypt? What the hell are we paying our CIA for?!

Wake up lamebrains! The enemy doesn't abide by any code of honor, and mere "waterboarding" is too good for the bastards. We should be pulling their fingernails out and mutiliating their genitals if thats what it takes!

Our occupation ranks among the most brutal in history. And yet...
