We have a three month baby. After having my baby he wanted to get a divorce just because me and his mom didn't get along. Just to make her happy. What an jerk he is. Right now he is in basic training for the Army. In the begining he said he was gonna separate calling time with me and his mom.He had just 2 mins and a half to talk to me. I need him the most. He really dont care about our relationship. I dont think i can handle him like this. He told me he wil not change. He isn't a man, he is afraid to let her go cuz she is a widow, so if he doesn't talk to her then she'll cry her eyes out. We live upstairs from her and when he was here he always had to go down and say good morning or g'nite. What am i suppose to do.No i didn't know he was like this before getting pregnant to him.

Failed Baghdad security plan forces US rethink by Paul Schemm

BAGHDAD (AFP) - American forces were seeking new ways to stem the slaughter in Baghdad after previous tactics failed to halt a wave of sectarian violence and led instead to more US casualties.

With violence raging unchecked in Iraq's capital, a US military spokesman has acknowledged the situation is "disheartening" and that a much-vaunted joint US-Iraq security plan is under review.

The relief agency responsible for providing the money to purchase the supplies needed to finish the roads is withholding the funds (countless millions of dollars) on the grounds it's too dangerous to send the supplies. Meanwhile troops are dying - guarding roads that cannot be finished! Isn't this similar to what comes first - the chicken or the egg?

I've seen the state's Director General of Police has a 3-star plate on his vehicle. Whereas in the army a Lt General is the 3-star general officer. So, does this mean in matters of protocol and rank-wise, an army Lt Gen. is equivalent to a DGP? Or, there is no relation between army and police ranks/stars??

I have a friend whose husband came home from Iraq a few months ago. She is now pregnant and wants him out of the military. He was in a few accidents in Iraq and now has back and neck problems. She told me she gave him 2 options get out of the Army or re-enlist and restation (she thinks if he re-enlists he won't go overseas anymore since he got hurt but my hubby got hurt overseas and they sent him again anyway). She said if he ends up overseas again she will cheat on him and possibly divorce him (which is wrong as hell for her to even say). If she has to stay at their current post she is moving back home to be with her mom because she doesn't want to raise her baby here (because while her hubby was gone she screwed up a few times and doesn't want to end up facing her problems again). What can I say to make her shut up to me about all this? My hubby doesn't want me around her but she doesn't respect that. I have told her things but she keeps going on and bad mouths my hubby and me. Help!

Or, would they stay and topple the new Iraqi government in its infancy, and set up in its place a strict Islamic State?

They are providing nearly 150,000 troops to prop up DEMOCRACY in Iraq ( Not forgetting the aussies and the once imperial japs ). Obviously the Iraqis don't care much about democracy , else why should these generous nations sacrifice 1000s of their soldiers and their resources just to get their soldiers shot at? I think Saddam was doing a much better job before. If the Occuppiers cant do their job competently why dont they just quit??
( Or are the japs plan to go about their imperial adventure with americans this time around?? )

"I'm not from the states and wanna join the army how can i do that"? Okay the man asks a innocent question he wants to die for a country he is not from you guys should respect that!
But look what the swnsering man says:

"Why do want to join the United States Army you worthless piece of ****, why do you have to come here to find out?
If you want information, you have to give information.
**** off".

This makes me wonder why the U.S likes illegals so much but no these great legal immigrants who want to help this nation.

Bush has just acknowledged a parallel between Iraq and Vietnam, both unnecessary wars resulting from America's desire to impose its will on the rest of the world since 1945.
