Out of Iraq in 2? hmmmm, well a very subjective opinion would be NO.

The Iraq invasion was so WRONG. Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction nor was it invloved in any terror attacks! My god, what was this war for!!

I assume Bush has his personal agenda behind the Iraqi war, but I am surprised by Blair! Why did he drag Britain into this war? just because Britain is a U.S ally? france & germany stood against the war and they are U.S allies.

Frankly speaking, there are tons of information the public does not know. The formula for war just does not add up, there are too many vague explanations and as Bush said yesterday, seems that Iraq is going to be another Vietnam!

Nope Britian and America will be in Iraq for at least 5 more years and if this question is linked to your other question about joining the army air corps, you probably will have to serve in Iraq, also ignore the American 'way to go guys' answers, i think if you join the air corps and serve in Iraq it should be part of a bigger plan like making some money when you get out.
If it is flying that interests you why look about flying civilian aircraft like delivery services or something like that, although the training wouldn't be free

The British might be out within two years, but I doubt it. As for America, President Bush has already said that American troops with be there until 2010. Even if he loses office it won’t be easy to remove the troops. It would take a new administration at least two years to withdraw the troops if they that was their plan, so I would say that 2010 is the earliest American Troops could leave Iraq.

Knowing the frustration that occurs whenever a war goes wrong, it would be nice to think so however ,probally to save his political career The Rt Hon. T.Blair may well decide to bring the troops home because, nothing is going right for him at the moment, there again, it can`t be seen as that so, there may have to be something worked out first. I know of some U.S guys who work in Sierra Leone & I can assure people either way war or so called peace keeping isn`t a picnic.

I dont think we will ever leave Iraq, there is too much going on. There is so much destruction that needs restructions and America is there to help rebuild the lives after the war is over. I don't think that we will finish this was peacefully.

Absolutely not. There may be huge decreases in the amount of troops (and that's "may be")....but there will be an American presence there for decades to come. America never just leaves....we still have troops stationed in Germany and South Korea.

The US president said 2010 and that's 4 yrs, but he may have just been referring to US troops. Sooner would be nicer, but rushing it would not be very prudent as we would be right back in there in short of a year.

The sooner you all leave Iraq and the lesser body bags will come home.
