my husband is a US ARMY and he's serving GERMANY and im at the philippines right now... we plan to get my SOFA visa but the are looking for US Aileen Registration? Do i need the Aileen registration??? please help us.......

The best place to contact with this question is the Passport Office. They will have the answers or get them for you. I have the Military and Tourist Passports....Military paid for the Military one and it took me about 8 weeks to get it. If you can't get the answers, then maybe your DH can....

Are you a sponsored dependent? If not, the first thing your husband needs to do is get your command sponsorship in order. After that his unit's personnel office should take care of all the paperwork.
