I never could do a correct push-up and have avoided them for about the past 4 years but now I want advancement in rank and the only thing thats holding me back is physical training.

My sit-ups are the only thing I am comfortable doing. My run is nun, and I can't break the plain in my sit-ups. Some one please give some advise.

Last month i asked "if U.S. could build a Super Weapon, don't you think it wouldn't blow up Mars?"

Sad thing guys.. i think what the U.S. is gonna do is worse.. blowing up the the Moon.. the reason? Mining.

Exactly.. our one and only Moon is believed to have a control of most of the Earth's elements.. and think of the debris..

Tell me what you think.

Are there ever any exceptions to the enlistment age of 35 in the air national guard? I missed it by 4 months. I am really upset over that.

hubby is in national guard and just came home from a 1 year deployment in Iraq. Once home we found ourselves in a major money emergency with a 1 and 2 year old to take care of. Because hubby isnt active duty we couldnt even get help from the American Red Cross. How is it that the national guard can put there lives on the line just like the active duty members but get treated like crap by the government?

Hello I have been in the military for many years now, I believe in what I do and service to the nation. With that being said I guess I am afraid that the military would not believe in me anymore if they found out the problem that I have. My depression has grown greater and greater while I have been in the miltary. I exhibit the majority of the signs of having a bi-polar disorder. Its always mania or depression and the feelings are very extreme. I do not let it affect my Soldiers or my decisions, but it tears me apart inside and is somethign that I have to deal with daily. I am to the point where I just don't want to hide it anymore and want some help, however I am afraid that once I expose myself that it will follow me in a negative way through the military even though I have dealt with it and worked with some of the toughest units in the miiltary and. Does anyone have any idea how I could seek help and not be penalized or labeled for it? Is there doctor patient confidentiality?

I have seen horrific pictures of what the American Forces did to the citizens of Fallujah in November 2004 showing bodies burnt beyond recognition whilst their clothes remained intact - the hallmark of chemical weapons. There has been a cover up and a clean up since but many people testify to horrific accounts of mass destruction. Does anyone know of any credible reporter who has compiled a report?
