no. in order to enlist in any branbch of th emilitary you must be a LEGAL permanent resident with a green card.

call the recruiters office i served in the army with a lot of people from other countries that were getting their citizenship from military service call and ask

No.... you have to be a legal resident in the US, otherwise they think you are a spy or something.
