Probably all of them.
BTW, why is it that there are people posting here who dont believe that the US breaches human rights law?
why is that so hard to believe? i'm sure if you visited ANY prison in the US (not even including Guantanamo Bay), you would find cases of human rights abuse.

How about all the Muslim countries for a start. Then you can try China. Most of the African countries. Some South American countries also. Not forgetting The Asian countries. The Balkan states. Australia/New Zealand. A much simpler question would have been. Which countries have not at one time or another breached the Human rights Laws.

Britain.
e.g. In the 1970's the Birmingham 6 and the Guildford 4 were "interrogated" by the military as well as the police; using the same "stress interrogation" techniques. At the time intelligence services knew they were innocent because they had a mole inside the ira. The survivors were eventually let out of prison and were given some money and an apology.
In the last few years, there was a guy arrested and he died in a police cell with his hands cuffed behind his back and his trousers round his ankles while 6 police officers kicked him to death. They were punished by being split up and sent to different stations. That worries me.

China are I would say the worst. Their human rights record is appauling. 30 million have been killed since the cultural revolution. Some Tibetans still wake up to find their mother/father/brother/sister disapeared never to return. And what they do to nuns to prevent them ever going back to their nunneries is unbelievably cruel and barbaric.
Also Iran, Turkey, Nigeria.
You know what, there are too many to list right now, head for www.amnesty.org.uk

Almost all of them, but it only gets to be a problem when any country depicts itself internationally as humane and freedom-loving and ratified human rights treaties and then violates them while pointing at others as being hypocritical and uncivilized on this account.
