The more countries the US attacks, the more enemies it has, the more enemies it has the more it needs to spend on weapons and the military, the more it spends on weapons and the military the more it needs to use those weapons and military, the more wars there will be

But without him,
How would Hitler have condemned him at Dachau?

As a weapon of the war,
And without him all this killing can't go on.

He's the Universal Soldier and he really is to blame,
His orders come from far away no more,
They come from here and there and you and me,
And brothers can't you see,
This is not the way we put the end to war

I know of various programs set up by employers or agencies to do so, but those seem to come and go. Is there a permanent set-up way to do so? If so, what's the address or how do I find out where to send things to? And I'm talking about sending it to a generic address to be disseminated as they see fit and NOT to a specific soldier. Thanks!

Its not like it is really independent - the US services it and make the keys bits for the warheads. It will cost £25Billion. And you can't nuke these terrorists (what you going to do? Nuke Dewsbury?). Would UK prestige suffer because they don't have nukes and the French do? Is it fair to make the US shoulder the burden? Do the UK's 200 warheads make a difference anyway?
