Is this meant only when they're at a stop working an accident, or when they're driving down the street and you're behind one? I'm always careful not to get too close.....just to be sure.

I wonder because sometimes I see policemen who are speeding or making a turn without turning their signal lights on, which my friend has been ticketed several times for.

underage drinking should have their children taken into care.......is this guy a complete idiot ?, does he not know that issues such as this can already be a part of care procedings but the effects of underage drinking are always almost outweighed by the prospective damage that would be done by entry to the looked after system.

Also does he think that kids in care dont drink, most of the ones i work with certainly do, and smoke and do cannabis in large quantity.

He,s a cracker jack that wants social services to do his job if you ask me.

I received a speeding ticket in Arlington, TX for going 13 miles over but I'm confused a little bit. Do I have to do deferred adjudication to get it off my ticket (which also says I have to take defensive driving since I'm 22) or can I just do defensive driving to get it dismissed?

Hi all, Now i by no means wish this to turn into a huge arguement but would like to see some honest intelligent answers.
First off let me say I am pro gun owership with proper rules, handling training, background checks etc. I believe that shooting is an excellent sport.

It is 20 years on from the tragedy that was the Hungerford massacre where a man walked down the street with an assault rifle shooting anyone he seen. My question is do you think if shooting was more accepted and encouraged he could have been stopped sooner? Or do you think it would have resulted in mass panic shooting. Also do you think if it was completly outlawed then as it pretty much is now the massacre would still have happened but only with something else such as a car or knives?

Do you think that gun owner ship should be allowed today in a country where only criminals have guns and good citizens do not.

Cheers,

I was talking to a friend of mines who is in jail awaiting sentencing. And he mentioned that he keeps on hearing rumor about a law passed in Virginia that if a non-violent offender serves 65% of their time then they will be release. I was wondering if that was true?

I am an overseas job aspirant and 4 months back I saw an ad in a news paper with a caption of " Singapore recruitment, Free Visa". When I approached the agent (licenced from ministry of labour, Govt. of India) he told my CV suits for the job and I have been selected. Further more he asked me to pay an amount of Rs.1500 for medical check up. I paid that amount to him and attended medical test. Then he told his service fee will be Rs.20000, out of that 8000 I have to make as an advance payment. I made that payment also in return I got an reciept for the same amount. He told I can reclaim that amount at any time by giving 15 days notice. He assured me visa will be ready within 60 days. But he failed to arrange an visa even after 100days. I found from my own sources that he is a fraud and he cheated few more people by doing same thing. I reclaimed my money back by giving 15 days notice but he refused to do so and threatened to manhandle me. Please advice how to get back my hard earned money.

Ok so my friend Nick is having a party at his house with alcohol on Sat. night and his family won't be home. Problem is his mom assumes there will be a party so she said to Nick that a cop that is a family friend will be checking up randomly between Sat. and Sun. The party is only me, my friend nick and 3 other friends.

So the ques. is can this cop break in the house without a warrant even though he has reason to believe there is a party. Also no one is driving home that night and the party wont be happening till after midnight.
