My nephew was at a party at his friends house a week ago. he is 16 years old and does not have his drivers license and was spending the night. How long will it be before he can get his drivers license? A friend of mine told me it would be 4 months.

It depends on your state's law. Some states make you wait a year, or get a permit. Call your DMV for all the nitty-gritty details.
