Yes I would report them (but I would say that!)

Seriously though, most crime is as a result of drug use so it’s an important issue to tackle. If you remove the dealer, you also remove the undesirables that congregate at the dealer’s house and therefore there's less chance of becoming a victim of crime at the hands of these scrotes.

Call your local Police and tell them what you know. They should act on the information and I would suggest reporting it more than once if you don’t get a response. Due to the way these things work, the more reliable a source of information is, the more likely they are to be believed. I'm not suggesting for one minute that your information is unreliable but if you are an 'untested source' then clarification would be needed as the Police often receive unreliable information.

At least you care enough to feel it needs to be mentioned for which I commend you.

Several responders have advised taking things into your own hands. DON'T. As a 911 dispatcher I can advise you to call the administrative office of the agency having jurisdiction, IE the local PD or Sheriff during normal business hours. Tell the answerer that you want to report ongoing drug activity in your neighborhood and ask to speak with the Officer in charge of such investigations. Do not call 911 or dispatch as you will likely not get the information to the person who will be investigating. The road officers will not act on a tip unless you are willing to sign a formal complaint. Go direct to the investigating division/officer.
At 911 we receive numerous calls daily from people who expect Law Enforcement to run right over and arrest the alleged law breakers on the word of the caller. That cannot be done on the word of a caller, especially an anonymous call. The more information you can give to law enforcement the better. License tag numbers and vehicle descriptions, descriptions of suspects, time of day, exact location, which door is used, who answers the door, are there weapons in the house that you have seen? Have the Police been the before for any reason? Having this information ready when you call will expedite the investigation and make the law enforcement job easier.

PHONE CRIMESTOPPERS!

Crimestoppers UKCrimestoppers is an independent UK-wide charity working to stop crime.
http://www.crimestoppers-uk.org

It is the duty of the citizen to report crime if/when they see it. You have every right to be unhappy about what's happening in your street.

If you've got a camera try and get some photos - may not prove anything but you never know.

Do NOT confront anyone either coming from or going to the house.

Edit: Antony 9223 above is correct. Phone CRIMESTOPPERS! That way you'll be anonymous and cannot be traced. So, if there is a member of the fuzz at your local cop-shop who is working for the dealers, he will never know about you or anyone else who phone in about the drugs den in your street.

Please note that Crimestoppers UK is a registered charity! Give generously etc.

I "had" neighbors like this 2 years ago. I set up a video camera in my window facing their house and let it record all the activities for a week. I also kept track of all the vehicles that stopped there too. Then I took the video tapes and licence plate list to the police. Two days later the cops went in and the dealers went out.
It was lots of work on my part, but at least I dont have to worry about being shot when a deal goes bad.

YES, you should report them! Most police agencies have some type of anonymous tip line that is nothing more than voice mail and you don't have to leave your name or number!

If your local police don't have that, then look in the phone book for something with your state level agency. If all else fails, call the DEA...they will at least pass the info to the right jurisdiction, but you will have to provide an accurate address for where the dealing is occurring.

Call the police but do not give them your name. Just leave a "tip off". If you leave your name and it is leaked out you could risk retaliation from the drug dealers.
Ask to speak with a narcotics officer or a supervisor.

Yes I would report them but would do it anonymously. A phone call from a phone box out of the area would do the trick.

If you wish to remain anonymous ring crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Give them the information on the house / householder and all the registration numbers of all visitors.

It may be that the police are already aware and building up intelligence / evidence prior to obtaining a warrant.

Any info you can give will be welcome.

Call the police. Better yet, go to your local PD's site and find the number for the narcotics guys. They love tips like that. You can even remain anonymous from what I understand.
