I have seen so called "knuckle buckles" for sale on the internet. These are basically brass knuckles, but with a tab that makes them able to be called belt buckles. The site I have seen with these specifies some places they will not sent them too. Does this imply they are legal someplaces?

I live in the State of Illinois.

My best friend just turned 18 and has been in a relationship with a guy who is 32 .... they seem to be very much in love, however this guy has a past...( you know, two strikes and on parole).... god forbid her family finds this out, HOWEVER if they do, what can be done? Is there a statue of limitations on this? And if they were to get married would this change anything seeing as to how she is now 18?..... Please Help? Thanks :)

I'm being charged with 4 counts of criminal mischief over $1,000 and 1 count of trespassing on a construction site.My friend and I broke 55 school windows in one night. This was my 4th time coming back to break windows. For my friend this was the 2nd time. The damage of the last time is estimated at over 45,000.I'm in advanced classes, but I have a 2.0 average.I'm 14 years old and I'm in middle school.Well,I just finished and I'm going to high school. My parents are divorced.I've been to bootcamp and when I got caught breaking windows, that is my 1st time and only time being arrested.I was all over the news and newspaper.Anyways,I think most likely,I will be going to juvie and when I get I'll do a lot of community service. For high school,I'll be going to the strictest school in my county.I'll only be going there for a year,if I don't get in anymore trouble.I already have a lawyer. What do you think is going to happen to me.Will be in juvie a long time, let off easy, what? Honest answers, please

If someone was arrested for a drunken driving offense, had their license taken away, did it again, was given probation, did it again and then insulted the judge what would happen in your country?

i don't want my child to go to DARE education at his local school because i believe that it gets him to comfortable with the police. I feel like if he gets to cofortable with the police he may be quicker to give information to the police later in life.

One would assume from the media (particularly newspapers) that there are only two possibilities. Either we have laws against drugs or we condone drug use.

If we consider 'The Independent'. A couple of years ago they were advocating the legalisation of cannabis. Then, recently, they were saying "We're sorry", and going on to explain that cannabis contributes towards psychosis and so on and so forth.

Is there a possibility that we can find an alternative to laws to tackle the drug problem? It is apparently the case that drugs do not stop people from taking drugs but simply elicit a more covert approach from its users and dealers. The drug laws provide an easy way for criminals to make money and force many users into crime in order for them to pay for the drugs which are being sold by the criminals and overly inflated prices.

We can all so easily see how prohibition didn't work with alcohol but many seem unable to transfer the same reasoning onto drugs.

Is there an alternative
