If someone dies in an apartment and the police or coroner, whoever, leaves the white sheet in the hallway (death did not happen in the hallway), who should be called? The police or the apartment people? Would the police just laugh if you called? Or are you SUPPOSED to call? It's disturbing...
This is serious by the way, please no joke comments.

Have just watched crimewatch and how very sad this country has become, when innocent people are being killed or their lives destroyed for what, a few pounds and a phone. I dont know what I would do if it was one of my family but how can these people sleep at night, and the ones who know what they have done. I hope you all watched Ghost cause that is what will happen to you all when the time comes, and thats when you will all pay for your actions.

Why is a firetruck sent with an ambulance if there isn't a fire? My neighbor hurt herself (don't know exact details) and she needed an ambulance. A firetruck and squad were also sent. Why the need for a firetruck if there isn't a fire?

I didn't think I did anything wrong, but I guess I pulled what they call a "California Roll."

About how much should I expect the ticket to cost with traffic school?

Do I have any chance of beating it in court?

My daughter, 20 yrs old, was stabbed (not cut) 3 times, first in neck, other two in side, almost died, had extensive abdominal surgery. Her assailant was 18, has a rap sheet, nothing serious, she didn't even spend the night in jail, walked in, signed her bond and walked out. She is charged with assault/bettery 1st degree. Anyone in Alabama know of similar case cause I want to know if there's possibility she will serve some time, juvenile detention, something. Everyone is telling us she'll just get slapped on the hand and put on probation. She should have been charged with Attempted murder. Serious responses only please.........thankx

I got pulled over sunday morning at 245 on the Mass pike doing 77. the thing about it is that he pulled me over with 2 other cars at the same time, and we were pulled over on an off ramp to our exit. we were all following each other and i was the middle car, now i do not know what he said he clocked the first car at, but the car behind me only had a ticket of 75. the whole ordeal seemed really dangerous and like cop tried to make the best of his fortune and pull all three of us over, but implemented a little guess work? does this sound like i have something of substance in court?

If you can find out the best way for me I thank you.

They arrested a teenage girl (my daughter's good friend) in her own bedroom. She came home from an evening school event and her 13 YO brother who had been outside (parents were both out) came and heard her taking a shower so he freaked and called the cops. The cops go in and put the girl on the floor and cuff her (I would call that an arrest) in spite of the fact that she is in her jammies, wet hair and her pic of her first communion and many other pics of her are prominently displayed all over the home.

Of course they had to repond but can they not exercise reasonable judgement when they see a "perp" at home fresh out of the shower in her Hello Kitty jammies? Let me tell you they are lucky I wan't there, or maybe I am lucky I wasn't there I certainly would give them a piece of my mind! What a Barney Fife maneuver!

If you get picked up and taken to jail on a warrent, can you go to court and plead not guilty and be released, or will you be sentenced at that time. The crime is theft.

There are about 4 problem teenagers living in my neighborhood who are always starting trouble. Two days ago I discovered graffiti on my fence, and I know it's one of those guys because a family member got into a confrontation with one of them the other day for trasspassing our property, and I think it was their way of trying to get back at them. I few minutes ago I heard a large hitting noise, and it sounded like a window being hit with a heavy force. When I looked out the window I saw those 4 guys walking away. I didn't want to come out to confront them by myself because they're reckless enough to get violent. I'm not sure what to do. I have a bad feeling that they may continue to pull pranks and vandalize my property. If I call the cops I can't prove anything, because whenever they do do something, they are gone within a matter of seconds, so by the time I'd call the cops and they'd come here, they'd all be gone.

I will be driving through Texas later this week and was curious about the liquor laws. I heard that you can no longer have open liquor or beer in a vehicle (for passengers of course). Is this true?

My cousin overdosed on grass. He was just a kid. 19 years old, and a senior in high school. He was always a favorite in our family, and everyone loved him. He was a football player, and an active member in our church and community.

One day, during his senior year, he went to a party. Apparently some liberal parents had gone out of town, and left their child unattended, so he decided to throw a party. Well when my cousin arrived the other kids were drinking, and smoking.

Since most of these kids were passing around a marijuana cigarette, my cousin felt a little bit out of place. At first, he refused to smoke. But the kids kept putting peer pressure on him by saying things like, "all the cool kids are doing it" and "nobody has ever died from smoking marijuana." Finally, my cousin succumbed to the pressure, and he took a puff.

Immediately he went into convulsions. Then he stopped breathing. Finally, his heart just gave out. By the time the paramedics arrived it was too late.
