Not going to work.
Before the ticket gets voided, a valid death certificate is required.

If you claimed to be dead to avoid a speeding ticket, then the authorities would want to see your death certificate.

This is fraud, and they do check this out, and they will tack a charge on this woman and her daughter, in addition to the tick this woman already has. This woman must be insane to go to this extreme for a petty speeding ticket.

yeah, that will work. It it wasn't for morons, we'd have no need for a criminal justice system.
They'll now face charges of filing a false report, perjury, possibly forgery maybe more.
Do peoplemthink the courts aren't going to verify it? I mean, the GOV'T issues death certifcates.

No... because a valid death certificate would be required. I'd probably just pay up, but it would be tempting to try and get away with it by telling the authorities that the person driving your car has just emigrated or something. Don't know how far they'd follow it up.

If the police caught her speeding - then she's NOT dead.......
Good try though - I bet the courts got a good laugh out of the letter.
