Law Enforcement & Police - March 2007

The doctors of psychology and pschychiatry have more than proven themselves to be opressive and surpressive and wish to retain thier unconstitutional rights to do so. They do not abide by the Hipocratic oath. They experiment with humans the things they push for use are often driven by drug manufacturors to be used with false and paid for findings that are ussually fake. In this country of the US you can purchase any finding you wish and law goes for the most profitable. I still can't believe that a great nation has fallen to the false gods of finance. The fact that this surpressive belief practice has entered into our laws taking choice and freedom away is largely used by law enforcement to select surpressions to arbitrarilly enforced at thier choice. Finance and these powers keep it in law, are we free?

I lived with some people for a couple a weeks (it didn't work out, I was treated like dirt) and we hdn't talked about any rent agreement and there was def. nothing on paper.

Well i'm a bit worried, the mother keeps calling my house saying "I want the rent money for the 2 weeks you stayed here". I for one refuse to because of the way I was treated.

So I was just wondering, is it likely she would sue, and could she win? I know there are things called spoken agreements, but we never talked about me paying rent nor did we have a written agreement. She wants the money and i'm concerned that she may sue me, but she doesn't have any evidence anything was agreed upon, because we DIDN'T even talk about rent lol.

Could she possibly get that money in court?

Thanks a LOT in advance

A negligent handler of a police dog allowed the dog to escape. The dog went on to someone else’s farm and menaced this man and his family. Not knowing what kind of dog or from where, this man shoots the dog.

He is now on trial for killing an officer of the law. The dog was given a full police honor burial.

This is true. It happened in Northwest Ohio. Is this Li(e)beral justice? Where a man is demonized for "killing a peace officer" when he shoots a strange dog on his farm?

Is this what the Li(e)berals have in store for the US?

I have been summoned to court for a non-compoundable traffic offense of "tampering" with OPC license. I do not know if it will be good for me to hire a lawyer or not. This is my 1st offence and 1st court appearance, so I am really quite unsure what to do. Please help!

If this happened among shoppers in a respectable area and the yobs were either black or white skinned would this affect what you expected the police to do about it.?

What would you want the police to do about it ?

Can you tell me, as far as is possible for security purposes, what MI5 (The Security Service) actually do? I am not interested in what it says on their website or on the TV but what MI5 actually do on a day-to-day basis; are most of them desk bound? Do they access to firearms or crime scenes in certain situations? Would calling them plain-clothes police officers, minus the power of arrest, be accurate?

We have to do a history project and I want to get under the skin of the glossy stuff they have on the website, but I fully understand the need for discretion at the same time.

Serious answers only please- thanks!

The case relates to derelict land that has a lockable gate which is left open by the site owner, with a sign saying only those with a permit can park there. One day a private parking firm came along and ticketed all the vehicles . (£25 if paid immediately, £50 later). No sign showed such a penalty. The ticket was not signed manually. There are no vehicles on the site displaying a permit, and no application process appears to exist.
Can it be contested?
