the best way,if you were in fact speeding,is to pay it.....you should not be allowed to escape without punishment for breaking the law.....thats the problem with todays society...noone wants to be reponsible for their actions...witness your question..."how do I get out of a speeding ticket"...you did it..pay for it and dont do it again.....if you are not guilty..hire an atty

U never would have gotten one if u didn't over speed.
But there is no way of getting out of one, either pay the fine or do a little jail time/
