I no longer drink and I work more than 20 miles from home in the middle of the night. I also work alone so carpooling is not an option. Will I go to jail when I report on Mon. or will I have some time to get my stuff in order

Do not go pass Go, do not collect $200, go straight to jail.
Where I live, that is felony, aggravated unlicensed driving.
Good luck.

The judge does not care if you work alone at night with no carpool options and stopped talking to your friends. You still broke the law 3 times and 6 points on your driving record in under 24 months will get you jail time and expensive fees.
You should have though about your kid, family and job before you got behind the wheel of a car while drunk.
Do not lie to your probation officer. It will make your situation 100 times worse. Confess, deal with yourshit and start making better choices for your kids sake. What would have happened to your family if you had killed someone while driving drunk or killed yourself?
Please be more responsible.
I know some hardcore environmentalists who ride their bikes 25 miles to work and 25 miles back. I think they are insane but you could do that if you desperately needed to get to work. Pay a family member to drive you or a friend of a family member? Hitch-hike, try to change shifts? Work tons of overtime so you are always at work.
Just don't lie.

Well for starters you shouldn't be driving. I imagine you would have learned your lesson the first time, but I too live in a rural area and understand your dilemma. However, the judge may not be so understanding. By driving again you are demonstrating to the judge you have a history of making bad decisions. One of the first questions th judge may ask is, why didn't you find somebody to give you a ride, or ask a co-worker.
On a separate note, you should have been issued a provisional/restricted license which means you can drive to and from work. However, there is a pretty good shot that you will be going to jail for a little bit., but good luck anyway.

Get a good criminal defense lawyer TODAY...you might say you can't afford it, but you really can't afford not to get one.
Lying will only get you in more hot water and as you have violated probation in the past and now have done so again, the judge is likely to revoke your probation and require you to serve whatever sentence you were originally charged with in jail. A good criminal defense attorney may be able to plead you out to a lesser charge and likely your license will be suspended for even a longer period of time.
In the future, get a friend to drive you or change jobs so you can find a job within walking distance.

Let's recap.
You got busted for DUI. Then got busted driving suspended.
And now get busted again for a second driving suspended.
Now you want to lie.
Okay...
You could lie to your PO.
That'll get you state prison pretty much guaranteed.
You just used up your 3rd strike. All you can do is to talk to the judge and tell the truth. I'll assume you aren't attending any help groups now since you asked if you should lie. If I were you I'd be getting my backside to AA meetings and getting your attendance signed for until you see your PO. You have to step forward and take responsibility for your own actions. All you can do now is be honest and hope for the best. Good luck to you partner. Life will be as hard or as easy as you make it from here on out. The fork in the road is in front of you. You choose the path.

I can only suggest you throw yourself at the mercy of the judge and explain your circumstances regarding transportation and the job.
You may wish to look into getting a decent attorney as well. In any event the probation officer and the judge will be none too pleased to see you back in court.

Quit breaking the law by driving. Get a friend or co-worker to drive you where you need to go. Don't lie to your probation officer that will lead to more trouble. Just explain your situation thoroughly and maybe she can help you.

STOP DRIVING DUMBASS!
When you were convicted, you could have applied for a work permit, allowing you to drive ONLY to and from work. But evidently, none of that would apply to you.
Your child can visit you every saturday while you are in jail.

if you stay out of jail, get a bike...i rode one exclusively for about five years ...if i wanted to drink i would, though riding a bike while drunk is not easy...your health also improves over time...get a decent multigeared bike at a moderate price...even a chinese import from walmart will do...the effort will get you to work and back to your family...and keep the faith brother! good luck
