All that's in Arlington is the Ameriquest Baseball Field, Hurricane Harbor, Six Flags, and movie theaters, but it's nice. Anyway, I heard a rumor that Arlington, Texas was on the top of the FBI's new watch list for terrorists [4 months ago] and one week before this, there was an announcement about Dallas Texas being the most dangerous city in America. This is ironic because Fort Worth [1 hour away from Dallas] is the 5th SAFEST city in America! I am so confused! Any insight? Arlington is 30 minutes away from Dallas and 30 minutes from Fort Worth. Why would the terrorists want to bomb Arlington?

I recieved a cashiers check for $2,990.00 from something called HealthCare United FCu saying I had won part of a random drawing involving the readers digest and publishers clearing house. The total being 50 thousand with the balance being held for processing fees. I have not taken this check to the bank yet though I would like too! Anybody know anything on this and if it is a scam then what should I do about it cause I'm unemployed and broke and it really irks me that someone wants to play me at this emotional level.

On 03/10/06, a friend of mine, an US lady, sold her car to me. I mailed the transfer cert to DVLA for updating record immediately.
On 18/10/06, the first penalty speeding notice was sent to the former owner, ie. the US lady because DVLA took one month to update my record!!!!
After four month, the Police issued me a notice for speeding on 13/10/06. Police said it is DVLA's fault and they can still charge me although the notice was not issued within 14 days. The Police said the driver speeding was a lady.

My question: my friend, the US lady said she can admit she was speeding because she will not return to UK in the foreseeable future. This can help the true driver, i.e my wife to escape from penalty points? But, Is it dangerous? Serious answers only.

Recently I was pulled over while driving late at night under suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol. I do not drink, however, I do admit that I had a very small amount of marijuana on me and that I smoked a little bit about 45 mins prior (please save me the lecture). The officer pulled me over because he said that I was "swerving and going 15 under" even though this wasn't true. What actually happened was that I was the only car on the road and there was another car about a football field behind me for about 4 miles. Occasionally it would change over into the same lane as me but then right away I would get into the other lane afterwards. I was getting very sketched out but did not yet know it was a cop. Finally we were getting close to the end of the road and I was about to turn at the left turn light, which was green, and then he pulled me over. The officer said I looked "a little off" and became suspicious of alcohol. *See additional details below (not enough characters left)*

My sister said I should report him to the RCMP, I will be definetly be reporting it to Yahoo answers. This guy I believe has no respect for women, it was a man figuring he can rape certain women (women with reputations) and I got very offended because I have a very strong opinion against people being used as a sex object man he is a very scary guy.

Does someone have the address to yahoo so I can forward on this message? I may still report this man to the RCMP because to me he is very dangerous and maybe he is a serial rapist.

one of the student after finishing his final year(B.E COMPUTER ENGINEERING IN CHENNAI) was not placed due to his body.he had no problems in health but only thing is he was thin.for this he cried a lot and attempted for suicide.is this a major problem?

Should I stay with Sheriff's Department working Detentions which I hate, but have opportunities to transfer to other divisions in a few years, or transfer to small ski resort police department where I can work patrol which I love, but have limited opportunities within the department? Both have similiar pay and benefits.
Detentions I work 3 days a week/ Patrol I would work 4 days. Any help would be apprecaited.

Attorney Blake Horwitz won a $28,000,000 lawsuit against the police in Chicago, largest police brutality verdict in the Midwest, 12 lawsuits filed in one day against the city of Blue Island, excessive force and false arrests made just to generate money for the village, false allegations that men were soliciting prostitutes, class action on behalf of 900 men, gee wonder why they need organizations like police-watch and copwatch, who could be proud to be affilliated with the police dept, and did you hear about the cop in, I think it was Florida, who had to pay $35,000 for making a young girl, I think 16, jump up and down with no clothes on, so be proud to be a cop, we know what you guys are really like.
