if I only know their first name, but I do know what they were charged with and the date that they were arrested.

You cant.
The link below gives you all the offender info but you have to enter in a last name to search.
I know a few people in the system and I just tried searching them by first name only and it wouldnt let me.

i found a site to search in but it says you have to know his last name....sorry ....tried to help..you would have to know his last name to call too
