Speeding ticket in California CHP?

l got a Speeding ticket 16 mile over the speed limit, is anyway l can bid this? l am not guilty. he is doesnt have no proof saying l was the one speeding. l live in San Francisco, l get ticket in LA area , please some advise thx

If you were going 16 miles over the speed limit you are guilty.
Just pay the ticket, or request "traffic school".

If you think that the officer and prosecutor can't prove their case, then go to court on your court date and plead not guilty. They'll tell their side, you tell yours, the judge will make a decision. It is simple.
