and these people know they dont pass its very obvious then they try to bribe me with money! i had a man offer me 50 bucks to give him his inspection sticker without checking it..... what do i say or what do i do with these people?

50 dollars can usually fix the problem they are having. Just tell them why they did not pass and have a free inspection at an auto shop and it will save them a $50 bribe. And, put the $50 to pass the inspection.
