I am a secretary in a law firm. But i think that despite my best efforts and hard work, I am not achieved the best what I really deserve and what, what should I do, please suggest.

If you mean career, then I think, as a secretary in a law firm, you ought to improve your spelling of very basic words and phrases important to the legal profession. You must sound professional and do professional work to be noticed for advancement in your career.

You should consider yourself a very fortunate woman. I went to college and majored in law enforcement and public safety management; plus I had an 8 week UNPAID internship with the county prosecutor's office and I've worked in offices and in retail all my life... so I have more experience than I can handle myself.
However, I tried for several law office positions and they wouldn't even talk to me. I couldn't even get an interview. You want to know where I work and what I'm doing 'part time?' I'm working 3 nights a week, 15 lousy hours at $9.00 an hour cleaning 2 auto dealerships after they close. That's what I got for advancing my education. So my suggestion to you is, is to be happy with the honor you have and to stay right where you are. You have a job most college grads would die for. Besides, you'll never know when you'll need an attorney.

If you are a Law Graduate go for LLM. and after that try to get job at any Insurance companies which is suitable for your best carrier. Definitely if you are a hard worker you will get as a Liaison Officer post.

Now a days, I think two points are more relevent to the sucess
1. Knowledge Power
2. Quality of Showmen
Though, personally I do not feel necessity of showing to any body your work but unfortunately most of the bossess keep theor eys shut and believe in flaterring.
Suggestion -
1. Try to get more & more knowledge and make your self almost indispensable to your work. It will put additional pressure on you but it will also pay you in time to come.
2. Also try to inform your boss, what you are doing / you did to take notice of your work.
Also remenber there are many who are above you & plenty who are below you.

1st of all its "career" and not "carrier (means carrier on a car). You are doing good in a law firm and if you find a greener pasture outside the firm, then move ahead.
