Found out my older sister is sleeping with my husband of 35 yrs. She was living with me ,after death of her husband. She brought gun into house and was drugging me so they could be together. Told people I'm an addict (lie). When conforted about everything I was arrested, they said I threatened to kill them,( I didn't), I was the one beat up. When I'm at my house in another state she is at my house in AZ. using it as her own. I am still married to my husband, not in the sexual sense, (alot of assets to divide). She works for the Sheriffs Dept. when I come into town she tells them lies and they think I am the bad guy.She has told me if I cause her any trouble she can get away with anything now. Thing is, alot of weird stuff is happening to her and she is blaming me, but its not me. I think she is doing this stuff to frame me. How do I protect myself, since she works for the Sheriff and they believe her. She is a fantastic actress. She is capable of anything. I went to Auth. made it worse

Okay, this is what I'm asking. I will soon have big fraud charges on me. I told my wife if I get a lot of time that I was going to just run since I'm 45 years old anyway. I can't see me locked up for 25 or more years. Well, I ask her if she will stay with me. She wants to but thinks she will get in trouble herself if she hides out with me. I mean, she did not do anything and she's not harboring a fugitive. Does anyone think she would get in trouble for staying with her man to the end?

i don't know about u people in the us, but here in the uk, it legal to fock anything older than 16 years. the only reason i mentioned the age because it gave me a hard time at a police station in europe, cos i was 21 at the time and she told me she was same age, but turned out to be 17. only reason i got into trouble, was because we did not have any condoms and decided to do anal and her friend later told her that it was disgusting and got her to report it to the police, who later told me that morning that she dropped the charges, but pi**ed me right off the way I was treated, because she told me she was 21 and turned out to be 17 and I was treated badly.

Here is the deal. A few weeks ago I received a speeding ticket in Ohio for going 91 mph in a 65 mph zone. I was traveling on 74 east, but the officer wrote down 74 west on my citation. Would it be legitimate to argue not guilty to my charge of speeding due to the fact that not all the information on the citation is correct. I know that the wrong direction is not a big deal, but whatever. or... Would it be a better argument to argue no contest because i was passing a truck, going down hill?

If I meet a girl who says she is 21 and turns out to be 17, is it my fault if I fock her and film it? Why dosnt she get arrested?

If I go out to a red light area and pick up a horny female, offering a fock for some money, why is it my fault? And, why dont I get my money back if I didnt receive the service. Not only am I the only one fined, but the prossie gets to keep my money without doing the work.

If I have around 20 nuclear plutonium 235 weapons planted around the world ready to go off if I don't login every 24 hrs, would the law still arrest me and risk a nuclear winter? Or would I be left alone to do what ever I want till the world rots?
Wouldnt this be so cool. I could do what ever I want and no one could stop me.

Just starting 2-years probation for DWI (no accident/injury).
1. Judge orders monthly visits - PO changes this to weekly.
2. I had admitted myself to 8-week intensive outpatient program to get help to which Judge acknowledges and says monitoring can start after treatment - PO tells me to quit program so I can wear ankle monitor for 15 days.
3. I have no ride and not close to bus to attend appts with PO on Wednesday - all other days I have a ride. He tells me all appts will be on Wednesdays.
4. I have no vehicle and no phone. PO tells me probation will be revoked unless I put ign interlock on someone's - anyone's - vehicle. Tells me I must order basic phone service within next week (impossible expectation with phone company) so ankle monitoring can be ordered.
Etc., etc. I'm trying my best to do everything I'm told, but I feel as though I'm being set up for failure. Feeling so stressed that I want to drink... Is a probation officer authorized to make such changes?

Ok, my sister was dating this guy, and they were renting-to-own a house. He made a deal with the land lord that he will pay him money when he gets his lawsuit and his Social Security money for being disable. He signed the contracts and made the deal. My sister never signed a thing. They split up and he moved out last month and my sister has been trying to move out. she finally did it today. :) However since her ex never payed the land lord any money, he is trying to take my sister to court for the money that he owes him.

Question:
Can he do that? What can my sister do?

I want to know what the safest way is to sell stolen goods. Using ebay, a fence, cash converters, the loot, boot sales selling abroad. I think for electrical stuff it must be ebay, as u can always remove/replace the serial number. But what about if you want to sell rare expensive jewllery. If the best way to sell gems is a fence, how would I find one?

I am majoring in Law Enforcement right now. An I was going to go for working as a State Police Officer. But my Uncle told me that being a State Police Officer is a lonely job. Usually no partner. Backup is far away. So my question is two. If you do work with Law Enforcement, what do you do? An does anyone know a site to get information on jobs that focus on Law Enforcement? Thanks for the help.

I have a project that requires me to interview a law enforcement officer or investigator, corrections officer or investigator, and/or probation & parole officer or investigator. Would anyone within those fields be interested in helping me? You can either email me at griff030@yahoo.com or jbarnett@email.itt-tech.edu if you would like to help me. I would like the actual interview to be done on Yahoo Messenger or AOL Instant messenger.
