If I meet a girl who says she is 21 and turns out to be 17, is it my fault if I fock her and film it? Why dosnt she get arrested?

If I go out to a red light area and pick up a horny female, offering a fock for some money, why is it my fault? And, why dont I get my money back if I didnt receive the service. Not only am I the only one fined, but the prossie gets to keep my money without doing the work.

Reread what you wrote . the first line says you had sex. the second line says you had sex and filmed it.
So now go to the part where you say that why cant you get your money back if you didnt recieve the service. YOu not only had sex with her but you filmed it too so she obviously did the work. Now when you decide to film someone having sex with you I would be more than careful who they are and what they have.
Are you sure that her age was the only thing she was lieing about? Maybe she wasnt really a she but a he.

As in most countries it is classed as rape whatever the accepted age is, in the UK its 16. As an adult it is up to you to find out. You'd also be quilty of Child pornography! This is a horrible question. Yes it is your fault. But in most states 17 is a consent-able age. Picking up a prostitute, while being a "Victimless crime' is considered an illegal act against society. You should find a Girl and have a decent relationship with her instead of the ones you do. Every hear of Aids or HIV??? Filming your private sex life is disgusting. where are you morals -the law is designed to protect girls from creeps. You don't get your money back because you tried to make a contract for an illegal good or service with someone who does not have contractual capacity (is a minor). This contract is void so you essentiallly gave this girl a gift.

1st question) nope technically not your fault. if she lied to you get what she wanted then thats her problem. although you cant film it? why the **** would you want to? unless your a sick ****!!
coz if you film it then you could be prosecuted because she is under 18.

as for second question. im not that desperate to frequent red light districts, but yes you should get your money back if you never got what paid for.
