What is the best way to sell stolen goods?

I want to know what the safest way is to sell stolen goods. Using ebay, a fence, cash converters, the loot, boot sales selling abroad. I think for electrical stuff it must be ebay, as u can always remove/replace the serial number. But what about if you want to sell rare expensive jewllery. If the best way to sell gems is a fence, how would I find one?

First of all your a jack_______! Not a little on but a huge one, like monster size. Pawn shops now are required to report inventory in certain states and they also send in under covers to sell to stolen goods to clerks to see if they buy them. Not to mention you just posted on line and God forbid police come to your house and bust into you computer's hard drive ad resource this post as a confession, we have a department who deals in cyber/computer crime etc.. You need help inmate!!!!!!
