You don't say whether it is juvenile probation, or if it is a juvenile who was adjudicated as an adult. If it is the latter, then it the juvenile's responsibility. If the former, I would guess it is the parent's, but I don't do juvenile probation, so am unsure.

My brother got into trouble as a minor and they sent my mother a bill saying she had to pay for everything. The court fees, the D.A. fees, the probation officer, and even some of the youth camp fees. Unfortunately your legally responsible in every way until they are 18.

Call the cops on your probation officer? Only if you want everyone (except you) to have a good laugh. Your PO can do that and if you don't like it you have the option of going to jail instead. I don't think they'll let your girlfriend live with you their, either.

As stupid as it sounds, it's the parents responsibility since the child is still dependent on your income. I think it should be the child's responsibility since it was their stupidity that got them into the situation.
