It depends on the state. But even if you have it taken off it will always be there to see when a back ground ck is ran on you or even when you get stopped by a cop and they run your license. It will show up and that it has been removed and can not be used against you.

Depends on the jurisdiction and I can't speak for all states, but in California, you absolutely can have your record expunged once probation is completed (and sometimes you can have probation terminated and have your record expunged at the same time). Consult an attorney.

Depends on your state and YOU!
I think that you have to be a 'good boy' for a period of time for that to happen. It also has to be something that is a "light felony". Check with the courthouse as it probably is different in every town/state.
