I dont understand why it isnt murder. I dog knows that by attacking another dog it will result in death. So that means it knows that there is an adverse effect by tearing up another dog. As far as I am concerned that is cold blooded MURDER!

What do I expect out of this?

I believe if a dog kills another dog it should get prison sentences. for instance if a dog attacked another dog or just assualted it then the dog shold get say 6 months in prison. If it kills another dog it should get 4 years to life and if it is premeditated the dog should get the death penalty. Same applies for cats and other larger animals

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY DOGS THAT ARE MURDERERS AND KILLERS ARE ROAMING OUR STREETS TODAY?

They don't accurately reflect the way things really are, not in the way that police actually act, nor in the almost universal succeses these shows portray, and certainly not in the noble and courageous way that the police are portrayed. Is it that we enjoy them because we recognize stories about brave, gentle and intelligent police as essentially fiction? Or is there a more sinister aspect to this, that by repeatedly portraying what is demonstrably inaccurate as reality, we are to become acclimated to the presence of increasingly more numerous and intrusive police activity?

or some states of the u.s.a how effective in law concerning convictions in court are the results of lie detector tests. Also are they in your opinion a legitimate means of showing the guilty from the not guilty or are they just electronic wizzardry to put the accused in a "odds stacked against him/her" scenario from the onset playing on the GAMES up buddy dont even try fooling us (police)reguardless of false positives /false negatives even pathological liers can test negative because the individual believes 100% what they are saying is truthful and it is not so,is there to much room for error

My grandmother said someone came by her house looking for me, and he said he had 2 citations for me because I missed 2 court dates, but I have no clue as to when they were or what about. There have been people acting like cops in our area recently to rape women. How do I find out if this is actually true about me having a warrant?

A bill has recently been introduced in Texas(which has already been accepted by 18 states) giving the death penalty to repeating sex offenders who have commited crimes on persons under 14, and 25-life for first crime. This was triggered by the brutal repeated rapes of 9 year-old Jessica Lunsford by a previously registered sex offender(thus it is known as the Jessica Law)

It seems obvious from many media sourses that the whole of the British Puplic is just waiting to explode into uncontrolled violence on an unprecedented scale. From feral youths to padantic pensioners, are we bordering on chaos at every social level, or are we a secure prison with no acccomoddation for the needy?.

I recently got a pistol permit in Connecticut (where I currently live), and a non-resident concealed carry permit in Pennsylvania (where I used to live and travel frequently). I am going to purchase a revolver than I can use for both target shooting in Connecticut and for hunting in Pennsylvania. However, I was reading New York State laws, and there is no provision for transporting a handgun through the state. You need a permit to transport a handgun, and can only get one if you are a New York resident. This effectively cuts off the entire Northeast from transporting a handgun to the rest of the country because you HAVE to drive through New York to get to Pennsylvania or New Jersey. No other state requires you to have an in-state permit to transport a handgun. Is this absurd catch-22 enforced in New York or does federal law prohibit its enforcement? Any case law examples would be helpful.

The department I am applying to does not have standard application forms. I have to send my resume along with a coverletter as my application, but I have no idea what sorts of things they would want to see in this letter. I have written many letters for office jobs and recreation positions, but I imagine this letter will not look much like any of those. Please help!

I was picked up for possesion of methamphetamine(less than a quarter gram) and was the passenger in a car. I was arrested and held in custody overnight. The case was dismissed for the owner of the vehicle but mine wasn't. They still want me to do jail time and pay a fine right after my court date. I know there will be a warrant out for my arrest in Meade County, SD. Will it follow me in Vegas?

I am 17 this is my first offense for getting into trouble with the law. I have 3 counts of theft on myself. I need to know all of the steps like how does probation go. Yesterday my mom got something in the mail from the Juvenile Court System saying that i am now on Probation. Only if you know how it works please tell me, or otherwise go on to a different question. My question is that if someone is on probation (like myself), will they loose their freedom or will they just go to jail or will they do community service.? Cause i am on probation and i do not know what will be happening to myself. I am asking this question so that way i am aware of my own bad-consequence.
Please no idiotic answers and thanks for your reply.
