There are cops everywhere that take bribes. Reminds me that ALL politicians are in office to be able to make money and royalties for passing or veto-ing certain laws. I remember when Reagan was in office, he passed the law that required automobile insurance. I believe AAA paid him somewhere around 2.5 million in the 1970's to pass that law. Less Government means more individual liberty. Cops and government are corrupt. But I would rather see someone bribe a cop than go through our even greater judicial system :)
