I've had them pull guns on me several times but I don't really blame them. I'm a 6'6" 285 pd. biker. I guess I'd be intimidated too. lol

Depends on how you define it. I'm a 5'6" white male. At the time of the incident, I weighed 110 pounds. I was wearing a St. Louis Cardinals ball cap and a wool lined denim jacket. The suspect they were looking for was a 6', 225 pound black male. The ONLY reason why I was picked up was because my brother was a hood. They picked me up on my way to the store and dropped me off in front of the store and made a big production out of it. I had a stock boy and the manger following me around the store while picking up some milk and cereal. And then I got picked up again on my way home. For the same burglary. After that I lost all respect for the police.
Because of my brother, I've been followed, I've been stopped and had to empty my pockets. I went with a friend to get his truck and we got stopped for having a taillight out. The cop followed us there and back before he pulled us over. The only reason we got out of it, was because my other friend had an uncle in the police department. They had agreed to help fix the taillight. We had just pulled up to their place when the sirens came on.
I've been hauled out of class and accused of beating up a boy, even though my teachers and classmates all verified that I was in class when the assault went down. An assault the other kid came up with when he got busted skipping school.
I've been called out of class to have my locker searched for drugs. One of only three people in the entire school.
I don't trust cops. I don't trust the legal system.

Cops are humans doing a very difficult job, that of controlling other difficult humans. We tend to over react even under normal situations when confronted with something that is unpleasant, these are people who have to face the ugliness day in and day out.
I personally can't say that I have been mistreated by the police.

When I was in college, while walking home from class one day, a friend of my ex-boyfriends drives by and stops to talk to me for a second. A cop pulls up behind him, turns on the lights, and then proceeds to interrogate us, accusing me of being a prostitute. He insisted I was talking to him for either drugs or sex. I had my books and schoolwork in my hands, and he said I carried that as a decoy. He called his supervisor to the scene, who ultimately let us go, because there was not a shred of evidence. But I felt so dirty after having to defend my honor in such a way.
