I was picked up for possesion of methamphetamine(less than a quarter gram) and was the passenger in a car. I was arrested and held in custody overnight. The case was dismissed for the owner of the vehicle but mine wasn't. They still want me to do jail time and pay a fine right after my court date. I know there will be a warrant out for my arrest in Meade County, SD. Will it follow me in Vegas?

Given that states are in the habit of cooperating with one another in regards to law enforcement and that computer networking is making it far easier to share data, I dare say that it is likely that the arrest warrant could follow you to Vegas. If you are pulled over for any sort of traffic violation and the officer runs your drivers license, that warrant may pop up and the officer will be obliged to take you into custody.

yes all warrants are on a national data base, and you will be held for a short time if stoped in vegas. Now SD will have to decide if they want to pay to have your held and transported. They may not and may just let the warrant stay active and hope to catch you closer the next time

Yes they will probably extradite you back and make you pay another fine. Chances are you won't get caught if you do not get pulled over or have anymore run ins with the police but it would be best for you to turn yourself in.

971 nautical miles from airport to airport. the way the crow flies... in case you will. I paintings for an air shape enterprise and that's what our application tells me. it would be a 2 a million/2 hour flight in a Lear 31. :o)
