How is Periodic imprisonment different from just jail time in Illinois?

#14 (5-10) not applicable for this district. Can anyone tell me what this means? do I fill in the circles? 1 - 4 do not apply to me and I do not know about the rest nor where to look for an explaination.

i believe the cops should shoot to kill if a person points a firearm at them. The person who has the lame *** opinion of a drunk person or a kid pointing a firearm by mistake should be shot just for bein a dumbass. If you own a firearm, be responsible. We cant afford to lose good cops because some liberal idiot doesnt want his drunk child or drugged up buddy to be shot because he thought it was funny to point a weapon at a police officer. If you clear leather, use it or face the consequenses.

I have this friend, well, he's not doing anything extremely illegal (not selling drugs or anything). He scalps tickets at concerts. I am just constantly worried about him and, like tonight, I'm worrying because I don't know if he's been arrested or not. Does anyone know a way to know if someone has been arrested? Free please.

I pressed charges against a guy and he was picked up yesterday afternoon. He has been in trouble with the law before and has been in jail. How long will he have to be in jail this time? Does he have to stay in jail till he sees the judge or what? I am kind of scared for my safety. I am afraid that he will get out of jail and come after me. Someone broke into my house before he was picked up and I think it could have been him. What is the best thing for me to do?

I have a warrant for never showing up to court for my Dui.?
I want to go into the DMV to get my license but i am afraid that they might find my warrant and arrest me. i am in theprocess of getting my court issue settled but it may take some time for my lawyer. Anyways i can definately get my license back because its been over 2 years but will they arrest me due to having a warrant?

The judge asked me if i wanted a court appt lawyer, i told her no, but i didnt know i had been charged with driving while liscense suspended, i was just going to plead guilty to the judge and get whatever she gave me with over, my court date is in august, can i still get a court appointed lawyer or do i have to hire a private one now?

I got pulled over for driving without a liscense, but when i questioned the cop why i got pulled over he told me he ran my plates and saw that i have active warrants, true, but what reason did he need in the first place to run the plates? He said something about investigative stop, anyone know if this is crap hes talking about? If i can get my driving while liscense suspended charge dismissed (cuz thats what i got charged with) then ill get a lawyer to do it, since he had no reason to pull me over to begin with.
