Arent cops just revenue agents for the state? They don't stop crime, there always at the crime scene after the incident, and traffic violation tickets arent to enforce safety, but just to make money for the state. I mean think about it, do you get a ticket for smoking a ciggaret while the baby is in the car?

My 17 yr old son spent the night by a friends house and they had a party.First time I ever let him spend the night over someones house since he started driving over a yr.He had 4 beers and fell asleep. While he was sleeping the other kids kept drinking and someone called the police. My son fell asleep about 11:30 PM and the cops were called at 4:am. They woke my son up and called him downstairs and questioned him.The officer told my son he could go home.My son left and on the way home they stopped him and got him for Dui, left of center,speeding,..This was the first time by son has ever been in trouble. When they brought my son home I could take one look at him and see was was not in the state of mind to drive.I know he should not have been drinking and I am mad as hell that he did.But should that officier have let him drive home or should he have arrested him right there for under age drinking? What if he would have killed someone or himself..

Virginia law makes 3rd DUI in 5 years a felony even if there is no accident involved. Carries stiff jail sentance of a year. I am a single mother of three, cannot afford an attourney and have been charged even after passing 4 feild sobriety tests, and could walk home from where I was stopped for turning on a yellow light.I am facing seriouis jail time for a non violent offense. Who will take care of my kids if I go to jail and is this fair? Can anyone help me? I don't believe people should endanger the lives of others on the road but this was clearly not the case in my circumstance. The children were also being cared for by a sitter when this occoured and NOT in the vehicle.

Its not always clear how hit and miss psychics are so any info would be helpful. Did they ever use psychics in the Moors Murders in Greater amnchester/ West Yorkshire?
