From two years ago? I don't think you have much room to negotiate--you'll be lucky if you're not thrown in jail!

usually when you haven't paid for a ticket, they will attempt to give you a court summons and possibly a bench warrant. However, bench warrants for these things aren't the kinds that will put you in jail. However, get enough of them and you will. When it's time for you pay up, they'll tack on extra fees (mainly court fees).

No, if anything the judge might charge you for courtroom fees + the cost of your ticket!
