yes, i am aware of such fema plans, though it isn't necessarily to gas overweight people. there are plans in the making, camps that are already actually in existence for the 'maintenance' of a variety of people: elderly, developmentally disadvantaged, mentally ill...the list reads like something out of....oh,no! nazi lists' of their favorites.
