File a restranging order against the two individuals. You have to explain to a judge will you need one and then you can because the sheriff office failed to protect us against the criminals. You should go over the sheriffs head and talk to other law enforcement agencies. Ask the sheriff to produce a reason why you can not file charges in writing if you are planning to sue them. FYI when 3 cops (not in uniform) shot a man 41 times, they were pronounced not guilty and after 5 years the family only recieved 3 million dollars. Good luck! Mainly focus on protecting your children . Be safe and take care.

I once had a guy walk into my house who punched me and pushed my girlfriend down on the ground. He got charged with fellony tresspass and two counts of assult. I think he ended up in prison for 2 to 5 years.
If your family causes drama all the time the cops don't care.

Man like the other ladie said go get you a 12 gauge shotgun and some 3 inch 1.5 ounce slugs, learn how to shoot it and the next time them fucers come back in your house blow a hole the size of a grown mans fist through their stomach and watch them scream on the floor. If you dont want to listen to them scream (or dont want the kids to hear it) just shoot them in the chest (it will make a bigger hole to=) or the head. just make sure when you shoot them they are facing you or you might go to jail

Those police are assholes. I'd consult a good lawyer and sue the police department because they dont have a right to do that. Did you guys show evidence when you went to the police department? Because police cant do anything without evidence.

Two strangers broke into your house and beat your husband....and this has happened several times, and the police say that's ok for them to do...none of that can be true, or you're leaving something out.

Consult a lawyer that sounds so far fetched but weird things do happen. Consider moving from that state or area too.
