1. Genocide? Who, exactly, are they supposedly committing this 'genocide' against? The fact is that they have liberated tens of millions of Muslims from oppression and given them freedom and self-governance. No matter how you twist and warp the definition, this still does not even have the slightest connection with the concept of 'genocide'.
2. The so-called World Court (or whatever they name that utopian idiocy) has no juridiction over sovereign countries. Are they going to send the 'world police' over with a warrant to arrest them? That's just plain stupid. The Hague has no jurisdiction, no power, and no consent from the US to try any American.
I'm sorry, did I just inject sanity, rationality, logic and facts into a blindly deranged and delusionally hyterical emotional rant? I apologize.

As a private person you might be able to try to take them to Haag, to find out if they are war criminals or not and answer for their actions. At least Blair should know better, he is not stupid nor the Parliament, and they know that it is easy to start a war and very difficult to get out of it. I do not think it was a good idea to look for those criminals who were behind 9/11 in Iraq or Afghanistan, as you might find the back men in Saudi Arabia, who support the fanatics with money et cetera. In some respects, USA has to blame it self to has got into this mess by supporting elements one can’t control and what they will be doing next.

They should, definitively. For some reason the Bush's administration doesn't recognize the legitimacy of The Hague's tribunal, just as Saddam Hussein doesn't validate the court that is judging him. War criminals are all alike.

No, once they won the war.
Who won the war will not go there. Only loosers that tryed to take out power from another important group.
You will never see African Leaders there, Argentine Generals, Pinochet, Ex-Malasian Commandants due attrocities in Timor and so on. UK sold chemical weapons to Sadam to massacre Kurds. Nothing happened to Saddam or Company that sold it. Situations in Korea, Argelia, Cambodja, Vietna, Afeganisthan (Why Russian and then Americans went there? What is happening there?). Only Bosnia, German.
Tribunals obey specific non writen rules.

Holden gives a good labour party reason for war. They will never face trial because they are powerful in power. Lets see what happens when both are out of power. Yes they should face trail but genocide they have not committed.

Anyone who thinks this is quite frankly stupid.
The war in Afghanistan took out a threat to the world, in Bin Laden, removed a regime that oppressed the people
The war in Iraq took out a dictator who oppressed 'his people'.
By saying genocide you are saying crimes against humanity, as it they are killing innocents on purpose.
Innocent people die in war, its always going to happen. Deliberately?
You are like the terrorists who say this is a war on Islam.
Now i certainly don't like bush, and agree with a lot of the sentiments against him and America (i don't hate America, but America needs to accept its history in what it has imposed on the world, a policy of hypocrisy and oppression for temporary stability (Iraq among other places), installed dictators around the world...
But if Bush was really out to kill innocent Muslims, with the weapons at his disposal, i really think he can do a better job than what is currently happening, don't you?

Bush should face some sort of war crimes tribunal for leading on the American military and countries from the "coalition of the willing" into Iraq under false pretences.

No. We should be trying traitors in both countries, and urging the rest of the world to join us in a hunt for the rest of the terrorists.

No! I would not send anyone there, because it is a political court run by lefties. They pick and choose who attends according to whether they have offended against their PC left wing agenda.
