i am 16 about to be 17 my boyfriend is about to be 15 i want to make sure its ok its only 2 years apart

ok this is the deal , a person in a relationship cannot be older than 3years. example you a 15 he is 17 that is ok . once he turn 18 you will be 16 that is ok as long as there is a 3 year difference. that does not constitue stautory. the rull is 3 year apart. i know that for a fact. look up texas penal code 21.11
