A friend is in jail b/c his sister charged him with Mental Harassment

Well there is Mental Abuse. And there is Harrassment. So maybe the Law it has expanded to incorporate Mental Harassment. Where the damage done is Mental, not Physical.
Must have been pretty bad, if in fact it is true. Guess Someone thought it was, unless They are being held for a court hearing.
