I need everyone to email me if your a victim or a family member of a victim that has been killed or caused bodily harm. I have been trying to get the Federal Government to take a look at this - Hit and Runs are on the rise and are used to umbrella other criminal activities. I am going to Ottawa in Septemeber and Need Your Help. I require: name, age, date, location, injuries and if the case was solved or unsolved and what sentence was handed out to the accused. I greatly appreciate your help.

In the next few days approaching, they schedule me for a Psychiatric evaluation for a position as a Correctional Officer. As you probably may be familiar with the complicated phases of obtaining a law enforcement position. I already passed my background check, interview (that was intense, 5 personnel in a small room interviewed me, and the questions were mostly targets at my past )
and I still have to pass my psychiatric & physical.

My question to you is, if you went thought the hiring process . . . During this phase with the doctor, what kind of questions he or she might ask? How do I conduct myself? I know you have to be yourself, but I heard from a friend that during this phase, you must be very carefully of how you say your responds. For an example, the doctor might ask you, Have you even get mad? Now . . . I know everyone to get mad at one point of their lives and I would answer yes. Nevertheless, that is not the favorable responds, and could work against you.

It is this type of questions that have me worry a bit. According to researches, they said mind doctors think very complicated. They do not think normally. If a person says, I like to eat apply.... they translate that as . . . I like to suck whatever . . . If you say A, and you really mean a they see Z.

What should I do? I really want to get this job. Any advises?

Hello, I've recently gotten a speeding ticket in Palo Alto, CA. The "courtesy notice" says that a court appearance is mandatory and that I need to schedule an arraignment or trial. The most likely reason for this is because of points I already have on my license. What does "arraignment" and "trial" mean in traffic court? And, if convicted, whats the worst that could happen? No DUIs or misdemeanors on my record yet, just infractions.

Thanks in advance.

Off duty they speed and don't obey any traffic laws. If pulled over they say they are a police officer and they let them go. Why do they have those gay police shields in the window? Is that a free pass to drive anyway you want to? And what are the pba cards for anyway? Is that a free pass also? I think internal affairs should check into this, than again, they probably do the same thing! Feed-up in new jersey!

I was taught that the burden of proof is on the plaintiff and that guilt must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

However I am hearing from friends that I have no chance.

FYI: In my county if the cop does not show up your court date is rescheduled at a time that is beneficial to him.

In the last year my neighbor has also erected an 8 foot high chain linked fence and 12 "no tresspassing signs". I live on one acre he lives on 12 acres. The problem area is one quarter mile from his front door, but right behind my house in my backyard. This is the only area on his property where he has done this. I can't begin to describe how bad this looks. My neighbor is also very close to the local law enforcement and county officials. They will not do anything.

What happened was the car stopped at a 2-way stop then went thinking it was a 4-way stop, and a motorcycle hit the side of the car and the 80 year old driver of the motorcycle died. No alcohol or drugs were involved. But it was the car drivers fault. What does the 17 year old car driver face?

My sister was killed in a car accident on 4th July weekend. I am trying to figure out the results of the investigation. It happened in Alabama (Wetumpka) AKA Small town USA...I'd like to know the toxicology results of the driver that killed her who did survive. I am afraid that the results will be jaded by small town politics and who knows who in the town. All ideas are welcome. What can I research online.
