I got a parking ticket once, and I parked completely legally, so I tried to fight it, they told me to talk to the police chief and I had 5 days to pay it, well he was on vacation for 2 weeks, so obviously I couldn't talk to him, they made me pay and wouldn't let me fight it, so I was pretty POed, I hate the cops that have nothing to do than pick on people.
