By my cousin, for that matter. My cousin has a BAD habit of stealing and is in BIG trouble with people in our town, but the cops won't do anything with him, AT ALL. I had a friend who told me she saw him selling my iPOD for some drugs. She wasn't lying because she had never seen the ipod, and described it right on the spot to me. I am so angry and frustrated. Can I somehow call the police or put out something for a stolen object of mine? Or do I have to have some sort of proof? I don't know what to do.

I went to church and pray i that i am not the antichrist, but i feel i am, since i saw many strange picture of the cloud on night shape like a phoenix and then a dragon one week later. Deep inside i get a feeling i dont believe in god and his teaching, but i try to go to church and this sunday i went to church for my third time in ten years. All my time i was hiding from church and the people i feel am i not belong to god or i feel changed. Each time i hear the holy city Jerseaulum, my affection toward that city make me seeking or seeing it myself. It feel like my conscious is connected with that city one way or another. I still not sure what i will do next and my pain kept increase and i not crazy, or insane. I question myself do i seek power,destruction, and death or not seeking any other of those and live to hiding. I dont want any disruption to peace and end up commited the most sinful in my life. I request anyone to help me and tell me what i should do? Antichrist or not?

what's the difference between no contest and guilty plea's? Can you argue your side or a case when you plead no contest? And then the judge makes a decision?

i was the night manager at my store getting 32 hours a week and $7.00 an hour. i was responsable to close the store and take care of all the paper work i was demoted to cashier at 30 hours a week and $6.30 an hour but was told that i still had the same responsibility to close the store and also do the paper work as before when i was night manager. Is it legal for them to do this?

I am working in a MNC co.,Now I got an offer from similar company and gave my resignation to my co of 1 month.But they refused to give my relieving letter. My new co., will not allow me to join without relieving letter.Almost 2 weeks left to join there and here I have taken around 4 days leave during the time of notice period.

First Q: Is there any legal regulation for the companies in respect to notice period and relieving letters.

Second Q: The leaves that I have taken will affect the notice period?

I was said, that township has me in it's list. But how it knows that I am exist? What if I moved to this town not long ago. How do they know about me? I should be in my previous town's list, not in current town. How do my record moves from one town to another? What if I vote in both towns?

This is my first crime - I embzzled roughly 20,000 dollars out of my last employer. I am also help out the police with drug bust to help me out as well. Does anyone have an idea of my sentance? By the way I have been doing everything the police ask me and helping to the best of my knowledge.

My company recently scheduled an emergency meeting. Based off of my normal availability for work, I have always said I needed Sunday mornings off to go to church. They scheduled a meeting two days before this Sunday and told me it was required to be there. I reminded them that I have this schedule conflict, which was signed by my manager and accepted, and I was told that religion was not a good enough excuse to miss work and that I would reap the repercussions of missing that meeting. Later that day, I was told that if I did miss the meeting that they would fire me, or find some way of firing me if I made a mistake ever again. To me, that sounds like retaliation. Do I have a legitimate case? This is a pretty large global company, so if I have any base to sue, it could be a legitimite case.

Okay, i was wondering a lot of stuff, not for a report just for my own knowledge. What is the legal age to have sex if your going to have sex w/ someone over 18? My sister said it is 16 but idk. And if 2 minors have sex can one get arrested for sadulatory rape? And if 2 minors have sex and the guys parents found out and want the girl arrested for rape but the guy says it wasnt rape will the girl still get arrested? and wat about the same senario but the girl was over 18.

I was in a situation where i accidentally ran out in front of someone the other car smashed into me and flipped there was a little baby that wasnt buckled up so it died in the car accident the other two people were ok, the thing is the way the road was setup it kinda takes you by surprise, and the stop sign was small and for new people to the road u couldnt see the stop sign it was dark also it was just a dangerous intersection, i found out later there had been so many accidents that happen there so frequently and the state has done nothing to fix the problem, I know that technically that is manslaughter, but really I didnt do this on purpose and it wasnt really my fault so iam looking for some legal advice as to what to do if they do try to sew me,.

What is the punishment for murder if you are a minor?

I have seen movies where the punishment is just going to Juvinile prison and get out someday, how long do you stay in? do you get out? or get the electric chair?

my family was in an auto accident and I think the driver had been drinking a few hours prior to it there was no breathalizer done at the scene but they were all rushed to the hospital where they drew blood on the driver do you think the insurance company will request a sample from the hospital to check the blood alcohal level
