You sure can, you can arrest anyone that is breaking into your house. Be sure you are big enough to take that person or Easter bunny down or be able to keep them in your house. As soon as you can call 911 and let the police know what you are doing and ask for a black & white to come to that address. If who you want to make citzens arrest on is bigger than you just call the cops which is the best thing to do in the first place. That way you don't have to posibiley break the CROOKS civil rights. Even cops get nailed on that one. The crook is then free to do it again.
