my girl went down to florida for vacation and got a speeding ticket. I lived down there and got a speeding ticket myself so i know that lawyers send alot of flyers to your house when you get a ticket, can some one give me the info for a good lawyer that make sure you get no points and beats ther tickets she got it in Dade county.i paid like $70 for them to take care of my ticket

You don't beat a speeding ticket. You will either be found guilty, or not guilty. Paying an attorney only increases your chances of lowering the fine.

Depends on how the speed was determined and the amount over the limit. Even a great attorney cannot beat a legal device that has been properly calibrated and operated. Being from out of State doesn't help either.
