Once they serve the order of support on my employer, the employer has to start garnishing my wages because if they don't my employer can

A) Be fined and possibly be forced to pay the amount of the order as deemed by the courts

B) Have their business license suspended

This is if you look under the word "BLACKMAIL" or EXTORTION" in a dictionary these are both one and the same, but yet they can easily get away with it, but let me try and extort or blackmail someone and I will get a free stay at the Crossbar Hotel.

Maybe this is wrong but them using someone's social security number without their consent is a crime too? I mean if they can obtain your social security number and freely use it shows your social security number is really a way for the government to track you for their advantage and makes it really worthless!

I pay for a secure underground parking in the City.... with my own space in an underground car park. It's £165 pm which is a lot of money.. but only about £25 pm more than the public car parks, with added convenience of being closer to work, and open 24/7 to me.

If I come to work in the morning, with an important meeting in 15 minutes with my company boss... and find some stupid mong has parked in my space, can I smash the window and roll the car out - without punishment?

I dont know if its my imagination but there seem to be fewer cases of serial killings these days - thank goodness.

Has society changed, or are these people being deterred by better detection methods?

Or am i wrong to think things have improved at all?

what if the community organised themselves to collect the money to pay the road builders to build roads...

what if the road builders gave a community discount considering they were part of the community too?

and the same for other services... would the governing directives then be just a tax burdon?

I recently got a Bank of America World Points credit card and called to activate it, the customer service representative on the phone activated it as requested. However, while trying to persuade me to join the Credit Protection Plus program, which I repeatedly said “no” to several times. He informed me that he accidently enrolled me in it by clicking the wrong button on his computer. He then apologized for it several times, and told me to cancel it as soon as I got it in the mail.
I don’t know if the representative was trying to make a quick sales commission buck, but don’t they need my signature/approval to be enrolled in a program such as the Credit Protection Plan service? I tried cancelling by calling the 800 number but they give me another number to call, and after calling the alternative number they then direct me to the original number on the statement, basically sending me in a never ending loop.

MANNING, S.C. - Amber Renee Helton was trying to avoid legal problems by paying a traffic ticket. She ended up behind bars when authorities found out she drove a stolen car to the courthouse to pay it, police said.

Clarendon County deputies received a tip that Helton was going to be in a stolen car when she paid the ticket, Chief Deputy Joe Bradham said.

So officers arrested Helton as she opened the door of the 2001 Dodge Intrepid at the courthouse Tuesday morning, authorities said.

My 16 year old sister is having problems with one of the girls and the nun’s told that girl to tell every one if my sister show up, they are not going to let her in, only her family but no her. If that happened what do I need to do that is call discrimination is in. Can we sue them for this. We all have the same right to get in if we pay, they can’t chose who they like better and who they like less.

So why do they feel they don't have to let anyone else explain their views?

Isn't this hypocritical?

I was driving home when i saw a school bus ahead but not too far away.As i got closer the driver put on the yellow flashing lights but he kept on coming closer.I started to slow down but i couldn't stop in time before i got to about 15-20 feet from the bus so i didn't want to stop right next to the bus which i knew was illegal so i sped up a tiny bit to pass the bus before he came to a full stop and the sign came out. I'm pretty sure that he didn't turn on his red lights before I got next to him but as i was passing, the driver blew his horn at me for a whole second and now Im afraid that he is going to report my plate and I'll get a fine or worse, points on my liscense and insurance rate increases.I know for a fact the bus wasn't completely stopped and the stop sign wasn't out but im not sure whether the lights turned red or not cus i was kinda panicking that I was getting too close to the bus. Are bus drivers in New York allowed to report my plate? How long before i recieve a ticket?

Does anyone here think it is ethical to sue MCdonalds for making you fat? IF so, then why do you believe you , or people have the right to sue them when they make the choice to eat the food and everyone knows it is fattening. I am sure that some people would have no problem sueing Mcdonald's just to make a quick buck but does anyone here really believe it is ethical to sue mcdonald' for making people fat, instead of the people being forced to take responsiblity for their actions? If so please explain your reasoning

My husband was in an auto accident on August, in result he t-boned a truck that ran a red light. The other guy is fighting the citation, went to court, got a continuance that isn't until october, meanwhile we sit here and wait. We have a witness statement that says he was at fault, the witness was sitting at the red light when the truck went around him to run it. The other guy put an ad in the paper, looking for other witnesses, and my guess is he must have found someone that said he was in the right. I had GM inspect our vehicle and they said that 1 second before impact my husband was doing 12 mph, which to me shows he was not being wreckless, and that the other guy was speeding because his truck flipped 2x. Do we get a lawyer and go after 2 months of car payments, 2 weeks of loss wages, or do we do nothing? Please help.
