I knew it was suspicious when that english couple left their 3 children at the motel in Portugal, and the beautiful little girl was missing. Of course, they killed her. They should get the death penalty. And all those people that raised that $$$ for child abduction support. Tthese two filthy parents should return all That $ back for their sorry thing they did.

I'm talking art prints, photographs, album covers... not sure what strikes my fancy right now.

How long do you think it would take and do you think I would get it without paying anything? (I would be willing to stipulate that all profits from the sale of the quilt go to charity, if need be.)

Ok guys I want to ask for your advice regarding an incident which happened yesterday.
Yesterday, I was in the meeting with bunch of people that I didn’t know. Then the department chair asked every body to introduce his/her self. I woke up and introduced my self (but forgot to say my last name) immediately the chair pretending that he is frustrated said “come on this guy does not bite” and asked me for my last name. He himself was the only person who was laughing to his joke and nobody else found it funny. I felt like I was humiliated in front of people I didn’t know. I wanted to go and talk to him about what he did but first wanted to ask you guys what you would do if you were in my situation?
Is what he said considered an assault or is it just a joke?

OK, Here is the situation.

I'm living with my boyfriend who happens to be my ex husband. We were married before but decided to get back together a little while ago. (yes we have 2 kids). During the time after we got a divorce, he bought a 2-flat building. This is where we live now.
He calls himself "pissed" with ME after I found out that he was cheating on ME and we got into a HUUUUUUGE FIGHT. So now today when I came home, he had the nerve to literally tape an "eviction notice" on the front screen of the tv in the bedroom... (LOSER CAN'T EVEN CONFRONT ME).
So my question is. DOES HE A LEGAL RIGHT TO "EVICT" ME WITHOUT A LEGAL REASON???

I was in a car accident when a 16 year old totalled my car - her fault - she got a ticket, failure to yield. The first court date, the prosecuting attorney talked to me and agreed to hold the failure to yield - the defense attorney asked for a new date for a hearing.

On the second hearing, a different prosecuting attorney heard my story. I found out I had been injured, and wanted to add that information to the case in case I couldn't heal. He told me that the docket was long, that I would never get money, that the arthritis would be pre-existing, blah blah blah.

He then went to talk to the defense attorney, came back and said they would just pay the ticket (so it didn't go to hearing). He sided with the defense attorney when he talked to me - I think what he did was unethical.

My question - who do I complain to, and what are my rights? This is in the state of Michigan, district court.

thanks for your help.

While it's O.K for communist China to trample human rights and it's O.K for China to export contaminated food and pet food, and to export toys with lead paint, when is it O.K. for yahoo to turn over internet records of people living in Communist China over to that oppressive regime resulting in prison terms under harsh conditions? At least Google only caved by eliminating offensive terms like "democracy" from its search engines that people living under communist Chinese rule can access...let's hope the multi millionaires that own Yahoo continue to sleep well knowing that they helped other human beings to a life of torture , slavery and in some cases execution.

Hi,
a few months ago I was looking on buying a second car, when I was looking at cars my boyfriend did not like the car I was planning on buying (on my own) So He took Me to an exotic Car dealer, He knew my dream car was a db9 and right there it was! when they told us that the car was $150.000 I got up to walk out. The next day He put $50.000 down and I was the co-owner on this car. He knew that I did not want A $2000 car payment. He told Me not to worry about it that this was a gift and that by december the car was going to be paid-off. Now we are not together I have this car and I don't know what to do..
I love my car but this was not what I can afford. My question is(by law) if this car was gift WASN'T A GIFT? or is He entitled to his down payment back? or should I let him refinance the car under his name and let him keep it, Or should I get a lawyer??. Please let Me know. Thanks

I am in the process of moving and I am currently on Unemployment. My question is: I recently recieved a letter from EDD saying that I send in my claim form late, and they are schedualling and interview with me on Sept. 13 between 10:00 am and 12:00pm. The reason I sent in my form late, almost 2 weeks late is because I am in the process of moving and all of my personal belongings I have boxed and I could not find my claim form that was suppose to be sent out. After going through all of my moving boxes I found the claim form and mailed it immediatley on Sept 2, 2007. The claim form was due on August 19th 2007. EDD wants an interview with me, via telephone, to discuss if I am determined eligible for my benefits. Can someone help me with this. What should I do?

People try to point out the militia, as a defining feature that means you can take guns away from people.
The PEOPLE, as stated in the amendment, which ALSO seems to be ignored, ARE the militia for a Time of emergency, the power of the second amendment allows the Entire nation to stand against any threat on their own Soil. And the Most strict gun laws, of all laws, no matter where they are, have the highest crime rates. it's a fact that everybody having guns translates to less crime. A gun does not drive a man to kill, Only a mad man can kill, and he will kill with or without a gun.
