OK, Here is the situation.

I'm living with my boyfriend who happens to be my ex husband. We were married before but decided to get back together a little while ago. (yes we have 2 kids). During the time after we got a divorce, he bought a 2-flat building. This is where we live now.
He calls himself "pissed" with ME after I found out that he was cheating on ME and we got into a HUUUUUUGE FIGHT. So now today when I came home, he had the nerve to literally tape an "eviction notice" on the front screen of the tv in the bedroom... (LOSER CAN'T EVEN CONFRONT ME).
So my question is. DOES HE A LEGAL RIGHT TO "EVICT" ME WITHOUT A LEGAL REASON???

No he does not. First of all every state and jurisdiction has "Landlord & Tenant Laws". Where I live you have to give the tenant proper notice with proper cause before eviction. Furthermore you can be protected under the "common law marriage".

Whether or not he can evict you, you need to get on your feet and move out. This guy cheated on you, and it didn't work out in the past anyway, why would you even want to stay?

Legally, it all depends on whether you have a lease or not. If you are not legally divorced, I'm sure he'd have a harder time evicting you as well.

Since he owns the house and you are not married, he can have you evicted but, he needs to serve you legal notice. He cannot just throw you and your stuff out into the street.

He owns the flat he can evict you for no reason.Land lords can evict for any or no reason anytime they wish. However it is not legal unless served on you by a sheriff or process server.
