You know, it's a terrible tragedy that these people take these illegal and poisonous drugs. The temple of the body should never be sacrificed in this manner. However, the ones who sell these substances to them, and the ones below them, should be held far more accountable than the addicts themselves.

However, if the addict is Proud of what they do and boasts about it on the Internet, then they should be held every bit as accountable as the dealers, if not more. Punishment should be severe, but not taken by the management of Yahoo. Rather, the civil authorities should take the proper steps to ensure that the addict, and the dealer, receive a just punishment and are sentenced "according to their works"

It's not against the law. It is illegal to possess them, but once you have ingested the drug, you aren't breaking any law.

Example: A person on probation for a DUI is usually required to submit to random urine tests for drugs. If one comes up positive, THERE ARE NO NEW CHARGES FILED. This person merely has his probation revoked and is sent back to the judge for a review.

I won't bother to address your close-mindedness on this issue. Let's just say that not all Americans feel the way you do.

That's because they are (generally) talking in the PAST tense - as in "man, I sure smoked a lot of weed at that party last week".

Even the idiots who say "I'm high NOW - what should I do?" CANNOT be charged unless an officer could get to wherever they are while they are STILL using...

Now - if someone came on here and said "major coke party at my house this weekend!" - THEN they could prosecute (or at least TRY to bust this so-called party)!

Yeah... but also notice the number of minors who're admitting they're having sex.

Does Yahoo! *really* want to take on the responsibility of policing everyone in their network?? I wouldn't think so.

If there talking about selling, they should be able. Unfortunately we or yahoo even the law system can gps drug addicts and shake the hell out of them. Can't lock them up for being high. They got to want to be clean to be clean.

I SMOKE MARIJUANA.
And not you, or anybody else is going to tell me what I can or cannot do. Mind your own damn business.

Do you really think this stupid 'War on Drugs' is working?
I live in Colombia, and I can tell you that the only way to solve the drug-dealing (and terrorist) problem in this country is to 'Educate, Legalise, Regulate and Tax!'

In the meantime, mind your own business, Mother Grundy.

Probably more than half of the posters are posers.
There's a lot of that going around.
Not that there are no druggies out there.
Just that they're probably probably too smart
to advertise.
