I shop lifted once as a teenager but my recruiter said not to bring it up because it wasn't on file. Now I need a security clearance for my AIT. Will it show up then?

My son who is 19 y/o was taking his g/f out to eat one night. On the way there, someone pulled out in front of him. My son did the wrong thing and flipped the guy off when he passed him. They went on to there dinner date at a restaraunt. While there he ordered a beer.
They did not card him and served him the beer. They ate a leisurly dinner then headed home. On their way out of town, over 1 1/2 hours later he was pulled over.The officer cited his reason for pulling him over was that his vehicleand tags matched the description of a vehicle reported by another motorists that the motorist claimed was driving recklessly.
He performed a field sobriety test which my son passed. But being an honest sort of kid he admitted to having drank one beer at the restaurant. He was consequently arrested and charged with DUI/ minor.
Is a report from another motorist sufficient probable cause to pull him over? Or should the officer need to personally witness him doing something wrong?

the neighbor that lives behind me is building a porch that does not cross onto my property but the roof top is ontop of our brick fence that that divides our property. when it rains it will dump all the rain water on my property. i really don't want extra mess on my side since the water will cause the wooden foundation on my shed to rot eventually. is there anything i can do legally to put a stop to their construction?

its their job to make sure the teenagers know EVERY SINGLE THING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT SEX...

THEY ARE CAPABLE OF DOING IT SO NO MISTAKES.



Note its not the kids fault... it was the job of those old enough to know better and in the position of responsibity to inform and make sure its taught over and over till certain it suck in.

My friends and I planned a trip to Hawaii, from the beginning I said that I couldnot afford it, one of myfriends offered to use her frequent flyer milages to pay for my ticket, I agreed to this. Afterwards she books the trip without my knowldge or consent, calls me and tells me that she could not use her flyer miles and that I owed the whole price for the ticket; problem is I can't afford it, the ticket is non refundable. Can she take me to small claims court for the amt. of the ticket? I mean, she should've told me that she could't pay for my ticket and then let ME make the decision wether to go and buy the ticket or not. But when she bought the ticket she did not have my consent nor did I have any knowledge of all of this. What should I do?

I just started a job and I'm 18 but the first 3 days i worked 44+ hours :-/ I work in the state of Texas down in Houston/Katy area. its my first job so i don't know really much of the laws and I'm sure as heck not going to let them make me work like a dog and then not pay for that of me because i just started to work. A person owes me money. Time and time again I have called and left message asking where my money is. (This person ignores me so that's why I call.) I have left messages saying that I am prepared to take legal action to get my money if needed. I got a message saying that he is tired of the threats, if I contact him 1 more time he will file harassment. I said that I am not making threats, I will take legal action, that's all. Does he have grounds for harassment? What happens if he does file that? Do I get arrested? What happents?

My son's father relinquished rights and prior to that filed with me an Acknowledgment of Paternity with the state, however the documents that I got from court state that paternity has never been established (for the relinquishment), can I get these documents thrown out on those grounds? What would I have to do?
